From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Discharge / Essentris Notes widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s discharge/Essentris notes information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the note date.
In the minimized view, the discharge/Essentris notes information includes:
Site
Date
Type
In the full view, the discharge/Essentris notes information includes:
Site
Date
Type
Provider
Location
Visit/Adm Date
Status
From the full view dialog box, you can also define discharge/Essentris notes information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Note Type drop-down box to select a note type.
Use the Filter by Provider drop-down box to select a provider.
