From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Consults widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s outpatient consult information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the consult date.
In the minimized view, the consults information includes:
Site
Date
Consult Service
In the full view, the consults information includes:
Site
Date
Consult Service
Type
Status
From the full view dialog box, you can also define consults information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Service drop-down box to select a service.
