From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Appointments widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s appointments information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the appointment date.
In the minimized view, the appointments information includes:
Site
Date
Clinic
In the full view, the appointments information includes:
Site
Date
Clinic
Status
Type
Provider
Reason
From the full view dialog box, you can also define appointments information by Start Date and End Date.
Use the Filter by Clinic drop-down box to select a clinic.
The screen below shows the selection of a specific date in a list of patient appointments.
The screen below shows the appointment details of the date selected.
