From the patient clinical domain/widget taskbar that appears at the bottom of the Patient Portal, left-click on the Admissions widget and drag it to the screen.
This widget displays the patient’s admissions information. The information is displayed in reverse chronological order by the admission date.
In the minimized view, the admissions information includes:
Site
Adm Date
DC Date
Ward
Reg Number
In the full view, the admissions information includes:
Site
Adm Date
DC Date
Ward
Reg Number
Provider
Diagnosis
From the full view dialog box, you can also define admissions information by Start Date and End Date.
The screen below shows the selection of a registered number from a patient’s admission information.
