Clinical Domain / Widget Taskbar

You can change from the default view/widgets based on clinical specialty and/or personal preference.

To access the 9 clinical domains in the Provider Portal, click on the plus sign (+) in the lower right-hand corner of the Provider Portal screen. The 9 provider clinical domains/widgets are displayed horizontally as follows (from left to right):

• Consults Received

• Consults Requested

• Appointments

• Admissions

• References

• Orders Pending

• Orders Resulted

• Unsigned Notes

• Abnormal Results

To access the 15 clinical domains in the Patient Portal, click on the plus sign (+) in the lower right-hand corner of the Patient Portal screen. The 15 patient clinical domains/widgets are displayed horizontally as follows (from left to right):

• Allergies

• Outpatient Medications

• Inpatient Medications

• Immunizations

• Progress Notes

• Discharge/Essentris Notes

• Consults
