Log-in

On the iEHR web application log-in page, use the following steps to access the VA or DoD system:

 

  1. Enter your Access Code.

  2. Enter your Verify Code.

  3. From the Facility combo box, select VA or DOD.

  4. Click Login.

Only users who are active users and active providers within the VA and DoD are allowed to log on to the iEHR web application.

 

You may intentionally log off and end a user session from the iEHR web application. If you fail to log off, your session will terminate automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity. Automatic termination of a user session will not clear the screen; however, the user session will be terminated. You will be redirected to the Login again screen when any new activity is attempted.
